A car stopped in front of the Wilde Home, pulling over just outside the gate. Sighing slightly, the driver and his passagers got out of it, immediately fidgiting with his glasses, adding a pair of darkened shades over it before taking a glance around. He was the only male in the group of four. The others were all female, two young girls with fuzzy tails and ears and one adult who bore no such features. The woman glanced over to the man and smiled, while the girls streched themselves.
"Told you we should've turned left, Nick."
"Yeah yeah... Look, go see Nia and Melange off, I'll go take care of the registration."
The woman looked over to the two catgirls. One of them was rearing to go; a redheaded little kitten, full of energy. Swishing her tail side-to-side enthousiastically, the girl sat on all fours, blue slits glimmering with the sight of new things and people to explore. It was something of a miracle that she hadn't bolted away yet. The woman slightly wondered how long it would take before she wore through her uniforms; the clothing she was wearing already looked strained and frayed in a few places, even if it was a simple pair of jeans and a shirt.
The other girl was quite the opposite. She was timidly lingering by the car's door, as if she would rather get back in again and drive home than stay at the Wilde's. Nervously adjusting her cap against the sun, the girl fiddled with her goldenblonde hair, forgetting that she had bound her ponytail so low that it wouldn't quite go through the gap at the back of her cap without looking silly. Wearing a simple leather jacket, a white T-shirt underneath and a pair of blue shorts, the girl looked much more adventurous than she behaved. She nearly jumped when the woman laid her hand on the girl's shoulder.
"Come on, Nia. You know you can't hide in the shadows forever."
Glancing over to the shy girl, the wild kitten let out a brief laugh and jumped up, grabbing Nia by the hand.
"Let's and go-nyo!"
"H-hey! Let go!"
Kicking up some dust and rocks as Melange pulled Nia with her, the woman shook her head slightly before starting to take the girl' stuff out of the car. Part of her wished that strange feral kitten had dropped out of the sky a good six years before they took Nia here, but... C'est la vie.
OOC: Rusty and bound to have crossed a lot of unwritten rules... Go me. -_-;
